From the Director:

Making a truly independent, low-budget film is an artistic miracle, and I have so many people to thank.

First, to the dedicated, passionate WHAT BREAKS THE ICE team, who flocked from New York, New Jersey, California, Texas, Louisiana and Minnesota to upstate New York, where for six weeks, we all worked together to create a meaningful piece of filmmaking. This was only possible because of each cast and crew member's egoless commitment to the project. 

However, independent filmmaking is also about the right alchemy of artistic vision, generous benefactors and community support. Our magnanimous Executive Producers, corporate sponsors, vendors and locations allowed us to create a studio-level production while remaining intimate, independent, and ambitious. I thank them for their immense trust in me and this film.
